The Taste of Louisville Silent Auction helps raise funds for our charities.  Items that will be up for bid include restaurant gift certificates, rounds of golf, gift baskets, limousine service, hotel overnight stays, and much, much more!

 
We announce the Taste of Louisville People’s Choice Awards at the conclusion of the event. In 2009, The competition promises to be formidable based upon last year’s winners! RIVUE had the Best Decorated Booth and won for Best Dessert along with receiving the Best of the Best award, Maker’s Mark Distillery didn’t disappoint the crowd with Best Beverage, Bonefish Grill wowed us with Best Entree, and Mitchell’s Fish Market took the lead with Best Appetizer/Soup.

Each year the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Restaurant Association sponsors the “Taste of Louisville” to celebrate Louisville’s excellent culinary community.  The Taste of Louisville will feature over 50 of the Best Food and Beverage selections Louisville has to offer.

The Taste of Louisville will continue to be an event benefiting the community.  The Kentucky Restaurant Association Louisville Chapter is proud to announce that we have generated over $577,000 in fundraising revenue since the inception of The Taste of Louisville in 1973. In 2009 alone, the Louisville Chapter of the Kentucky Restaurant Association was able to contribute $2500 to the ServSafe Program as well as the Metro United Way.
